The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do I pay before or after the service is done?
    When you schedule your cleaning, we take a 25% deposit fee (min. $50) up front. The rest of the payment is taken after the cleaning is done.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date your 25% deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do you wash windows?
    Washing windows is not part of our regular cleanings. However, you can pay extra for us to clean the inside of the windows if you'd like. Ask us for pricing.
  • Is there a fee if I cancel my appointment within 24 hours?
    Yes, the 25% deposit that you already paid becomes non-refundable and is the fee.

We accept most major credit cards as payment. You will be contacted after your service is completed to pay for your entire service.
